OPPO F7 with 6.23-inch FHD+ 19:9 display and 25MP front camera launched for Rs. 21990

OPPO’s latest smartphone in the F-series has been launched at an event in Mumbai, India. The new smartphone has a glass and metal design with the 19:9 aspect ratio display with a notch on top. It also has new features such as the AI Beauty 2.0 for an improved age and gender beautification effects and facial recognition capability by scanning 296 facial recognition points.

The OPPO F7 sports a 6.23-inch (2280 x 1080 pixels) Full HD+ 19:9 IPS display. It is powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P60 12nm processor with 800MHz ARM Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. It comes with 4GB RAM with 64GB internal memory and 6GB RAM with 128GB storage with expandable memory up to 256GB via a microSD card. The F7 has Dual Sim card slots and runs on ColorOS 5.0 based on Android 8.1 (Oreo).

The OPPO addresses all of its smartphones as Selfie-centric and does stand on its name with having a 16MP rear camera with  f/1.8 aperture, LED Flash and a 25MP front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture, HDR,  Sony IMX576 sensor. The fingerprint sensor is placed on the rear. The connectivity features mentioned are Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, GPS. It packs in a 3400mAh of non-removable battery.

The Oppo F7 will come in Diamond Black, Moonlight Silver, and Solar Red colors and is priced at Rs. 21990. There is also a special edition variant which comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage and will be flaunting in Sunrise Red color. The OPPO F7 will be selling in all the retail stores and as well as Online websites like Flipkart from April 9th.
