The performance is really good, even the read-write speed is snappy thanks to 256 GB SSD.  You can upgrade SSD in the future but the RAM slot is fixed. For gamers, it’s not the best option where you can go with Ryzen 4000/5000 series. The design is decent but the build quality is really good and weighs 1.5 KG. Unlike other laptops, the webcam is bundled separately where you have to place it on top of the screen using a cable. So portability is an issue if you travel a lot, it doesn’t support backlit on keyboard and fingerprint sensor.

The battery life is really good which can easily last up to 8 hours with moderate usage. Personally using Mi Notebook 14 as my secondary laptop which working really well. I would suggest you go with this laptop if you’re looking for a balanced laptop with a price-to-performance ratio.
