JBL and Google have partnered up to bring a new LINK BAR voice-controlled soundbar with Assistant and Android TV ahead of the Google I/O 2018. It is JBL’s first hybrid device with Assistant and Android TV built-in. TV.
The JBL LINK BAR has combined the JBL’s audio and Android TV’s content collection which actually gives a smarter way of streaming content. The JBL Bar is also capable of turning any TV into smart TV regardless of the model. The built-in Assistant support ‘Hey Google’ hot keyword to trigger the Google Assitant.
The Link Bar can not only be used for Link Bar but also for home automation and users can give multiple commands in single statements. The JBL LINK BAR will be available in the market later this year and the pricing is also not yet revealed.
