Sony Bravia 4K HDR Android TV series launched in India

Sony has launched their new series of 4K HDR TVs in India, which were introduced at the CES 2018. These TVs are powered by the X1 Extreme processor that promises striking highlights, deeper darks, and vibrant colours. The TV also has some built-in technologies like Object-based HDR remaster, Super Bit Mapping 4K HDR, Dual database processing and it also has a Chromecast built-in. Sony 4K TV runs on Android TV version 7.0 with a custom Sony’s exclusive user interface on top.

The latest Sony TV has a TRILUMINOS Display which is able to reproduce red, green and blue colours accurately. The TV also packs the X-tended Dynamic Range PRO enhances both HDR and non-HDR content. It boosts and dims the backlight levels precisely for each zone of the screen. Not only that the TV also has an X-Motion Clarity feature which produces clear and smooth fast action images on the screen.

The TV uses 4K X-Reality PRO which uses Sony’s unique algorithm which is used to produce stunning detail for any content, such as TV broadcasting, DVD, Blu-ray Disc, Internet video and digital photos. The TV has a simple structure of square and also has metallic bars which sit at the bottom of TV.

The new 4K HDR TVs from Sony comes in 55/65/85 inches and have 10 W+10 W speaker with Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus, Dolby Pulse, DTS Digital Surround and other sound technologies.

The 55-inch Sony Bravia X9000F (KD-55X9000F) will come at a price of Rs. 2,39,900 and it is already available across India at Sony retailers. The 65-inch  and 85-inch TV will soon go on sale but their pricing is yet to be revealed.
