Canon has officially launched their 4K mirrorless camera EOS M50 in India. It is the first mirrorless camera from Canon which can shoot 4k. It has a crop sensor with 24.1megapixels. The smartphone comes with new DIGIC 8 Image Processor and also capable to shoot h HD 120p high-frame video. The camera has a built-in OLED electronic Viewfinder and a touch screen in which you can touch and drag autofocus.
The 24.1MP APS-C CMOS sensor in M50 produces less noise and captures high definition pictures in low-light conditions. The camera has a Vari-Angle LCD touchscreen so you can rotate it and even take a selfie. In terms of connectivity, the camera has Wi-Fi, NFC, and Bluetooth which can be used for automatic image transfer while shooting. You continuously click pictures at up to 10 fps (One-Shot AF). The camera has maximum ISO of up to 51200.
The Canon EOS M50 has canon’s famous Dual Pixel CMOS Auto-Focus system which focuses very smoothly. But sadly you can’t use this autofocusing system while recording 4K video. The camera has 143 AF points which cover 88% horizontal by 100% vertical area of the screen. There is also a 5 axis image stabilization which also combines with electronic image stabilization while shooting videos. The Canon EOS M50 comes with a Kit EF-M15-45 IS STM lens and this combo is priced at Rs. 61,995.
